I don’t see what I’m looking for, can you source something for me?

The short answer is, yes! Our inventory is constantly evolving as new requests for event inventory come in. If you can’t find something in the Kansas City area, please reach out and ask! Like with our “custom rentals”, custom sourced rentals come at a slightly higher initial cost to cover the stocking and shipping fees.

How do your “custom rentals” work?

If you’re interested in something that we don’t currently have, we’d be happy to create a “custom rental” piece for you! A custom rental means you’ll have creative direction on the item - color, font, etc., but after your event, we will add it to our rental inventory for future clients! These types of project are cheaper than fully custom work, but have an extra cost added from a typical rental. This is a great option for someone looking to wow their guests while still managing their budget.

How much lead time do you need for your projects?

For rentals, we can book up to 24 hours ahead of the event. For large scale custom projects, a month’s notice is helpful, though we will always try to accommodate later requests if we’re able. A rush fee may be applied to week of requests.

How do we hold our event date with you?

Our rental bookings require a 50% deposit to book, with the final 50% due one month before your event date. For our larger installations, we can break the total payment up into monthly payments at the request of the client. What does “full service, custom installations” mean?

In short, it means we can do it all! Not only can we create custom backdrop designs and builds, we can create laser cut signage to take your event to the next level! We can create signage designs in house, or we can work with your stationery provider to make sure your event has a cohesive design throughout.

We will deliver, set up, and then remove your event installation at the end of your event as well!

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We love working with non-profits, and will offer a non-profit discount for any 501c3 fundraising event. We can also offer bulk discounts on some of our products, and preferred vendor discounts as well!

Can we set up your backdrops outside?

A common question, and the answer is “it depends”. We allow limited use of our backdrops and flower walls outside on a case by case basis. Kansas wind and weather are no joke, so we assess the conditions and set ups for each inquiry. Any outdoor set ups come with an additional fee, and we reserve the sole right to deny outdoor set up due to extreme weather conditions.
